first off despensa on asking yet another question, but is there anywhere in Fresno that will have NE5, I asked at Tower but all they said was yeah they don't know where its at. To me they always say they have something even if they don't so you keep going back.

I ain't got no credit card or anything so my only option is to go somewhere and get it. Is there any place in Fresno that will get it?
