dude just got 70 with an L for his "role" in that road rage incident and his accomplice got 105 with an L....

fucked up shit....but if u were involved then u deserve it....but if he was innocent than that really sucks....

sadly, that "L" pretty much guarantee's him life. from what i understand, the only way you get out with an L is with the governors 'ok' on it. and that doesn't happen often. especially with people with gang ties. it's all politics.

my father has an L... and he's been up for parole for the past 5 years. and every year the hearings are pretty much open and shut. that's just with the parole board. you've got to get passed them before the governor decides.
