Looks like Windows is puttin the lock down ....at least for the majority of the population. Below are links to details about the Digital Rights Management that will ship with Microsoft Vista next year. Also the support for that also built into the new Intel chips due to come out around the same time. How long do you think this will hold up...I tell you what, it don' t look good for the end user (a.k.a Us!) :siccness:

^^Believe it or not...that is only concept...a test run....practice. This is the real deal your hardware has to be compatible with your content . Other words you NEED Vista. The new content that comes out will only be compatiable with Vista ... XP , 2000 , Windows 98/95 will do you no good. No legal version of linux will do you no good...maybe a modified distrubtion of Linux. Every audio and video bus , path and output will be heavily encrypted and not accesible to the end user . Unless the creator of the content allowed it. And the creator can get specific as to how we use their content. Maybe play once only, twice, transferrable or not ...able to be converted or not , if so what format etc. Just download the .doc at the second link. for all the technical details.

so its like the new system like windows XP? well. i dont know what to say cuz i wouldnt upgrade, my shit runs coo right now and i can burn dvds and cds... thats all i need

its like when they said "were going to arrest and sue anyone downloading songs" who did they get some kids downloading that slut spears? or you have to pay for napster thats the only way u can get music. a dollar a song, bullshit... like 10000 other programs popped up. im not sorry record companys are loseing money cuz i can give a fuck less,...
