winamp generated playlist (HTML)

Does anyone know how to make a playlist from your tracks on winamp in html format? I knew how to do it in Winamp V.2 but can't figure it our using V.3.

You can open notepad, type in the locations of the tracks on your computer and save it as a .m3u file. Then just open the m3u in winamp.

So you can open up playlists of your favorite songs instead of having to open each file individually.
