By that I will be 36... I'm sure I will listen to some rap still but perhaps less overall... I'm already listening to more oldies and soulfoul music now....

yes. my dad is over 50 and still listens to rap. he listens to currency, smoke dza, big krit all them younger dudes. still surprises me when he tells who he thinks is dope

i think it's gonna be some different rap shit....i listen to alot of r n b soul music too @ him.....i never got intrested in oldies...but im bout to though i just dont no who to start with lol

I don't see why not. I'll be 40 by then. The question is will there be music worth listening to by 2020? I listen to many different genres of music anyway: Rap, R&B (although I'm more a fan of Old School), and some Heavy Metal. I don't like limiting myself to just one genre of music.

Unlikely. Nobody is listening to the D4L and Dem Franchise Boys classics these days, and those are 6-8 years old now. In fact, the whole 2000-2010 decade is unlikely to be remembered with much.
