I'd still buy a too short record no matter where he lives. I have to admit that I miss the old days when every track was good, but 99% of every records that come out nowadays contain a lot of wack tracks, no matter which rapper we're talking about. Yup. And Short Dog, even at his "worst", is still often a helluva lot better than many rappers at their "best." I don't find myself putting on (for example) CHASE THE CAT or WHAT'S MY FAVORITE WORD every day (the way I used to do w/ SHORTY THE PIMP or COCKTALES), but they're cool to play once a week, late at night when you're trying to chill and whatnot...
