Will Brandy be a victim of politics if charged?

You guys have heard the story. Brandy hit's car ...lady dies. The lady who died is Awatef Aboudihaj. I think if it was Joseph Smith what was hit and killed , it would be chalked up as an accident, fines and a lawsuit. All this talk of charges makes me wonder if the DA is thinking about any reaction from the middle eastern community if Brandy is not charged...simply because the lady is of middle eastern lineage. What you think.

hard to say. the article doesn't really explain any details of the crash. was brandy being careless? were there unavoidable traffic conditions that caused this crash? it's hard for me to form an opinion with such little information.

^^I really don't know much about this case but I heard brandy was on a cell phone during the crash. I have no idea if that's true or not.

I think if it was John Q Smith there would have been just as much if not more probability of her being charged.

The outrage is that she wasn't charged sooner. It took media exposure to basically force the DA's hand on this one.

Honestly it sounds that she's getting off pretty easy with a misdemeanor charge.
