is it absolutely necessary to have wireless internet for the wii for any updates?
i'm thinking of gift ideas. like last time i said i'd give them my psp but i remembered we're all going wireless. i don't think my nephews parents even got the internet?
I'm pretty sure Mario Galaxy has the newest update on the disk, so I don't think you need the internet to update the Wii.. But part of the fun of the Wii, is the internet channel and things like that, but it's also pretty good without it.
i got an adapter for an ethernet cord......which is the internet cord.....i dont got wireless....i just plug my ethernet cord in the piece and plug the piece into the usb on the wii....and it get internet as fast as my connection is.
