i think its mostly due to the fact that both male and females are in the work force now, so for 8 hours a day they are seeing other people and not eachother, just my two cents, plus people are pieces of shit these days, they arent afraid to go sleep with a married man or women, and ruin a marriage. people only think about themselves these days

people using the euiity of their home as a presonal piggy bank for big loans and lines of credit with bad terms and conditions
folks getting approved for loans from mortgage companies who didn't run checks to see if people could actually afford the terms

Some men just get tired of the same pussy..then they get caught up from fuckin wit other women and its a wrap..finances to.. some people are just fuck ups,got fucked up credit,dont pay their bills.. shit like that.u really shouldn't get married until your 35+ because thats when ur done partying for men at least..It hard for men to stay faithful because its so many women out there .. Its nuthin like new pussy..women usually force men to get married before there ready..as u get older though you realize how lucky you are if you have a good wife.. its not really a bad thing to get married..u just have to wait until ur ready and avoid gettin trapped when u still have an eye for different women
