WHY IS LANGUAGE REGULATED ON THE RADIO???

WE HAVE SUPPOSED FREEDOM OF SPEECH IN THIS COUNTRY BUT YOU CANNOT CURSE ON OR HAVE EXPLICIT SONGS ON THE RADIO?WHY IS THIS?
I KNOW THAT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE THIS RIGHT EXCEPT IN THE CASE IT INFRINGES ON THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS....I DONT SEE HOW CURSING ON THE RADIO WOULD INFRINGE ON OTHERS...IF YOU DONT LIKE IT,TURN THE STATION....

Cause I have the right to OWn a Radio and know that my sons or Daughter are going to not be Saturated with Playboy Radio or will turn on the Radio and hear Scarface Singing "FuckFaces"

Until they can get Incryption that is used for Age recognition like the net, they need to monitor it.

I FEEL YOU BUT......I FIND THE CHILDREN'S SHOWS THAT THEY PUT ON TV FOR KIDS OFFENSIVE TO MY KIDS INTELLIGENCE........SO THEY SHOULD TAKE BARNEY,THE WIGGLES,TELETUBBIES,AND POWERPUFF GIRLS OFF TV BECAUSE I FIND THEM OFFENSIVE.....AND DONT SAY I'M BEING DUMB....THOSE SHOWS OFFEND A LOT OF PARENTS FOR THEIR STUPIDITY AND MINDLESSNESS.

Those shows do.

Some college stations Are able to have more of a Freedom of speech. Some late night shows are more Likely to be able to say harsher words.

Tv has Parental Controls now, If radio could get the same I would have no Problem with it.

As for Granny, Well she is Old enough to know what is good and bad, She is an adult and can listen to whatever she wants to. She can change it if she dislikes it. Kids wont, they will Be stuck on it.
