I'm think it has to do with money. Possibly Tech not gettin' paid like he should've for AngHellic. Maybe Don Juan holdin' onto material written by Tech, in his possession, that he won't release to him, just so he'll keep his name out there. Or maybe it was Don Juan puttin' Celcius out knowin' full well Tech wouldn't see a dime of that money. You make the call.

Check It...

OK... In general... (and I believe that I am mostly right...)

Tech was bought out of his deal with QWEST, QD3, and Warner... Tech put out Anghellic which had a good chunk of tracks produced by don juan... jcor = bankrupt... tech is unable to pay don juan as much as he should cause they had to fall back on promotion of the album in order to get out of their contract with JCOR and avoid fallin in the pit jcor sunk in... don juan is mad cause he aint gettin money, decides to put out celcius with tracks that are owned by strange... a bunch of other STUFF...yada yada yada...

a lot of people have a fallin out when money is involved, some are too greedy(ie. don juan and Big D)... of course there are two sides to every story...

(Sorry if i didn't tell the whole truth and nothin but the truth... correct me if i am wrong...please ...cause i myself would like to know more out of curiosity)
