cuz when the fakers start sucking dick, like they did most of the 90's, 75% of "la laker fans" dont give a fuck about em and go do something much more worth their while in los angeles.......but when they winning, everyones "been a fan since day 1" and you start seeing all these damn celebrities at games....bottom line, fakers win- everyones been a fan since day one.........fakers lose- oh well, they got much more important things to do......hence the nickname "faker fans"

i hate the fakers simply because of thier cocky attitude. i mean i loved the lakers of the 80's...they knew they were great and yet they were modest about their shit. That's when you know that you are a good team...you really dont need to kick dirt in other teams or players eyes showing that you are the best...the championship rings speak for themselves. oh yah and i agree with folkers up there too. people just get tired of seeing the same team all the time. it's not that they have to completely give up to other teams its just that i'd like to see something different. i mean i like shit that can't be predicted.

As far as the question in the topic, im not going to comment on it because Wicked has already hit it on point. I agree 100%. It also has to do with individual players, not the team in its entirety.
Actually, thats the case for every team that wins a championship in every sport. They gain fans. This was most present when the Rams won the superbowl, all these fans surfaced to start talking shit. I bet they regret it now. All im going to say to your comment is this. I think the most exciting teams to watch in the NBA are SAC, and both teams from L.A. Usually the high scoring teams tend to be the more exciting teams to watch. Dallas is right up there too.

Be real with yourself for once, Kobe's game is in a world of its own, he is unmatched throughout the NBA. He has the unselfishness of the best point guards in the league, he is already the best shooting guard, he rebounds better then more then half the centers in the league.
