Why Do Mothers Get First Dibs in Child Custody Cases?

The drive the conversation towards why women always get first dibs when it comes to the custody of their children?

There was no claim that men were not competent, rather pondering why mothers are often assumed to be the more fit parent. For example I said. "If there is a responsible father in the picture it seems to be in the best interest of the child, specifically a boy to be reared by his father. Can a woman teach a boy how to be a man, if there is a responsible father around?"

The post was geared specifically towards boys. To rephrase the intitial question: Why are women favored over men to raise children, in particular young boys?

It is a bullshit society. I hate how the females run the shit. I think it should be your choice to pay child support or not. You didn't have the choice on whether the bitch got an abortion or not. So why should i pay. And if you do have to give child support it should be strictly food voucher clothes, and diapers vouchers. How many times the girl get money and buy stuff for themselves. It seems as though women get the first dibs cuz 7x out of 10 they are the ones initiating this court bullshit....Most of this shit can be settled out of court to be quite honest but never is one party is always fool of shit.....My ex wife never not once called me and said lets sit down and discuss how we're going to handle this shit before we go to court and get this divorce....She just ran right to them white mothafuckas and asked for full legal and physical custody, child support and wanted me to have supervised visits on top of all of that!! I was like gtfoh bitch! Thats why I fought so hard in court....We went for 2 years fighting....Neither one of us came out on top if u ask me....But just when she thought it was over I initiate my own shit and we gotta be back in court next month....I'm modifying my support payments.

Alot of guys just duck for cover and never come back firing.....Thats what the courts and the bitch want u to do....My ex wife just don't know that she's more of my motivation then my kid.....She's so vindictive it forces me to come back blasting harder cuz I know how skanless she is.

because it came outta her vagina lol if its a baby the court will always try to keep the mother and child together, thats just the way it is. If the mother proves to be negligent or unfit then by all means the father should have the right to get the kid.
I really cant speak on the issue for real because i dont have a kid so im on the outside lookin in, i cant disagree with what anyone is sayin cause im not in the situation like they are.

The Family Law court is made out of bullshit....

they always seem to side with the females, it's rare for guys to win in family law court..

I been going at it since my daughter was 4-5 years old..she's 8 now....still the same shit..

last time i went to court, i told the judge that I'm fed up with the court system......

but imma still fight it cuz it's a real cause for me now.....

the mother of my daughter a bitch tho...........but i got love for her cuz she a good mom..
