garcia has to be done as a 49er. he hasnt done a single admirable thing all season. he had 2 int in the first half and no tds and now he just threw his third int. rattay should have been in for second half. shit, dorsey would have done better. if garcia plays another gasme for the niners, I may never watch again until erickson is fired.

all I can say is at least we aint as bad as the raiders.

the niners should do a straight up trade next year, garcia for rice. so rice could retire as a niner, kind of like ronnie lott.

I have been defending garcia and erickson for the whole year. now it is time to can the both of them. My pick for head coach...ronnie lott. yes ronnie lott would be one hell of a coach.

im a niner fan to death but i hate garcia he is a fuckin bitch they cot me 2 grand i had a 4 team parlay it pays 10 to 1 i put 20 on it i took the rams -6 the over which is 51 the over on the niners game and the niners +3 they suck fuck em

im a 49er fan, and i want whats best for the team. Garcia has NEVER stood out as a quarterback. We need to stick rattay in for the rest of the season, so we can at least figure out how to get a decent QB.

garcia got the Kurt Warner syndrome except he was never near as good as warner was.......he had a few good years and now sucks and has the injury bug......

why go away from what was working? Rattay was playing solid and you ruin any type of momentum you have by playing a qb who hasnt played in a while.....

I agree with most of the shit in this thread - I mean ive never felt 'comfortable' watching the niners every time Garcia plays. He just doesnt have the overall drive and charisma that i expect from S.F. QB's.... Dorsey may not be a bad choice... get his ass some experience... cuz we're gonna be needing it next year, Especially if Owens aint there.

Dorsey has more ability than Rattay. ive never liked Rattay cuz i see his flaws, but people (Niner fans) dont wanna see it. they want him to be the next Steve Young. it aint happening. Dorsey has never even played a game in the NFL so how would you know how good or bad he is czar? you talk about losing credibility, well if you had any you would have lost it right there.

Its an opinion mane!! I think that Dorsey wont be shit in the NFL, but until he proves otherwise then I aint wrong!! And as for Carter, I never said that, but there was people who have and yes they were wrong, but how does that make me wrong about Dorsey??? Until he does sumthin good then he aint shit!! GOT EM!!!

Dorsey owes a lot if not all of his success and the reason why he was drafted to the strength of the program at Miami....he was surrounded by THE MOST talented teams in the nation and they made him look very good.....With Andre Johnson, McGahee, Gore, Mckinnie, Shockey, Wayne, Moss, the list goes on and on......he has below average arm strength and doesnt throw a real pretty ball......not very athletic either.....
