This is at Jay Tee, aye homie, who is your fav. producer to work with and why? Personally, I think my fav. to hear you work with is Johnny Z, but over the past 2 years I've heard you connect tightly with a gang of different producers, so I was wondering who your favorite was.

@everyone else....who do y'all like to hear Jay Tee work with the most?

yeah those 3 are dope!

I add Steve D and The Insane Mexican
I also like a lot how Jay Tee sounds on the track produced by Big Hollis on Taydatay last solo.

Yup, Jay Tee never goes wrong when he works w/ these guys. It's hard to pick favorites from them...

I also liked...

Shorty ("Perk Wit' Us")
Funk Daddy ("Parkin' Lot Pimpin'", "The Throw")
Da Playboy Foundation ("Vamanos", "Bounce Bounce")
Philly Blunt ("Back N' Tha Day", "Perro", "Get High", "Act A Fool", "Fo Sho")

But it's hard to remember them all w/ a catalogue as extensive as 40 Ounce's. LOL! Hope the new mixtape is easy to find!

PEACE!

Jay Tee sounds way tight with all the above mentioned Stevie Dee as well

I think it would be sic to hear Jay Tee over some Kahyree production, any way you can hook that up Jay Tee?

Well, it's a matter of personal taste, but yeah, I think Khayree's production might be just a little TOO smooth for 40 Ounce...his sound tends to work best w/ "finesse" rappers, which is what guys like Ray Luv, Mac Mall and Young Lay (to name a few) basically were (and are). Jay Tee tends to be a little more rough around the edges w/ his delivery (there's a "drawl" in his voice that works best when the drums and percussion pound a little more).

One thing that you can't deny, though: even if he sometimes only works w/ them for one or two CDs, Jay Tee's a damn good judge of who sounds best over his own raps. I CAN'T WAIT for the Universal stuff!!!

PEACE!
