I'd have to go with Funkdaddy, D-Sane and Nonstop on the producer end of things... Neema (UA), Cool Nutz, 151, Sonny Bonoho, Anonimous AKA Tha Loco and Mr DOG where the artists are concerned... several others are out there grindin' and doin' it but these are the folks I'd say off top..
