Im one of those who thinks "Untouchable" and "Illegal Business" are both classics. Malls been one of my favorite spitters ever since i first really started getting into rap music. Im not feelin this new 'thizzed out' style or image or whatever hes trying to portray. How do you suddenly just transform into that? Also, he seems to be trying to take over the whole Thizz Ent. thing all together. Do you think this is what M.D. wanted under the circumstances? They were beefin and shit for a long ass time now all the sudden they get together and do a few songs then the U.S. Open. Shortly after, Dre is gone and suddenly Mall is right there. Im hearing him spit his verses and speakin on the begining of songs, the end of songs and Im not feelin and of it any it doesnt really sound like he is either. Not to mention his voice is hecksta annoying when he talkin all loud speakin on this Thizz shit. Im still a fan and think he still has alot of potential and alot to say, but IMO his current trend isnt working for him or for Thizz. It doesnt feel like it mixes well at all

My personal opinion, I think that Mall is reppin the hood too hard these days. Its almost like he is tryin to 'prove' himself again, after all the shit that went down in the past. I also think that his involvment with Thizz would be the same whether Dre had passed or not. The US Open and Cutthoat Committee albums were just peaks at things ahead between Dre, Mall, and the Camp.

I agree

I aint really feelin Mac Mall too much anymore... at least not compared to his Illesgal Business/Untouchable days

it seems like he's just trying to adapt with the times... but it doesn't work for some reason

his style just doesn't compliment the whole "Thizz" thing goin on

don't get me wrong... I'm not sayin I don't like Mac Mall... there are certain verses he drops now where he comes clean as fuck

but for the most part it just seems like he's trying to force this style upon himself... but it doesn't really work for him

I feel Dana on this one... those first two albums were the shit, but Immaculant didn't do it for me. I'm a lil biased on this too, due to the fact that I spent a lil time fucking with niggas in the Crest. I remember Dubee saying "I Bet not catch ner bit of Crest dirt in that niggas sneakers" during the time Dre & Mall had problems. Niggas in the Crest was calling him Hollywood beause they say he had changed. So during that time... no Mac Mall was in my deck. I got the U.S Open, and it was on again. I like his shit, but I do see how it looks like he's trying to prove himself again. I appears he was riding Dre's wave because Dre had the Crest & Sac on fire. I still dig mall tho, he's doing it.... Dubee should be heir to the THizz Throne.

Mac Mall has been weak every since Untouchable. I cannot believe how u can go from such a clean ass album as Untouchable to the shit he been puttin out these last few years. He still got flow, he still got fire, but the songs just dont sound right. I ain't feelin him no more.
