Although i think AZ might put up a fight. i'm not really worried about the 9ers and Rams at this point. but i think the Seahawks got the best addition out of the whole NFC West. if the Seahawks can stay healthy thru out the whole season, i think they have a chance at getting the title back. if, however, they have a repeat of last season with all of the major injuries, then i believe that AZ will take NFC West. but i have to say that i think the Seahawks will pull a Dolphins move on yall. from worst to first!

uh what's wrong with the Seahawks this season? are you going by what happened last season? i hope not. everyone is healthy on the squad now. so things are hopefully going to change for the better.
