I think this is the first Norteno album it hit stores in 89. But Dyno might have released that very first G.U.N. album before that. I think I heard once that gun had first hit the streets in 88. I'm not talking about the XIV til eternity one though there was one before that. I think the first rapper to put it down for the north on wax. meaning yelling out Norte and talking shit about surs was Mousie on the 17 Reasons comp. I think it came out in late 97 early 98.

If your talking about the first actual member of the NF. There is alot of mixed opinions of when and where it started, from soledad to san quinton. I'm sure someone on here will fully elaborate for you but I've typed my opinion on that so many times i dont want to do it again

Anyone remember that post I made back on the old siccness about Zorro being the first "Norteno" that was some interesting shit.

i picked up LOS TRAFICANTES Part.2 from DARKROOM FAMILIA, you know that spanish album.. that artist name NEGOCIO is HARD, and i was wondering what name does he go by.. i know NEGOCIO is for LOS TRAFICANTES..

yea zorro the Z was the N side wayz lol , i think it was u anthony that u seen a website mentioning zorror and nortenos maybe it was somone else but i remmeber that.


and like anthony said sir dyno was the first to represent on wax dyno mentions in few of his songs G.U.N. was a group out in tracy put out in 1988 or 89 i aint sure but i remmeber seeing the first album cover on enter the darkroom 1988-1995 cover

do you know the actual song that Sir Dyno did where he mentions Norte? I remember seeing that G.U.N album at the old Darkroom website but it stood for Generation Under Nation. The first time I heard Norte on wax was Northside Soldier.
