I know most of yall chicken-eatin muhfuckas bought some form of Tyson chicken between 2007-2009... just take 2 minutes to fill out the form, fill-in info for what you bought, and get your check in the mail... simple as that.

NO PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED

if you do, for some weird fuckin reason, still have receipts from that timeframe showing the Tyson chicken purchases, you can get up to $50... but shit, I aint no OCD receipt-savin freak, so I'll take the $10

how do these things work? last time back in 97 i got somethin in the mail about some cruise ship class action law suit and then like 2 years later i got a check for $2.97. then like 3 years ago it had somethin to do with chewing tobacco and i got a check a month ago for $367.54. i have never been on a cruise or bought a can of chew. im not complaining though. ill fill this shit out. thank you

class-action lawsuits usually mean everybody who was affected by or bought the product is eligible for some sort of damages, so in those cases I have no clue why they sent you info about it but thats cool you got paid... in this case, Tyson lied and labeled their chicken as 'free of antibiotics' or something to that effect, and in order to avoid admitting to lying about it, they agreed to settle the case... so we get paid because of their fuck up.

checks I'm assuming will start going out in July when the deadline for filing your claim ends... I'm fine waiting, it'll be a nice little surprise in the mail, probably when I've forgotten all about it.

Yeaaah I read that part, but it said nothing that Canadian residents weren't qualified. I visited the States between 2007-09 many times and bought tyson chicken many times. Give me my 10 dollars Tyson.
