The apdapter is $40 and it comes wit a coupon for a free copy of twisted metal black-online. If you already have internet connection, for example at&t cable internet or AOL all you have to do is connect that connection to your PS2 adpater instead of your computer, then put in the setup disc and configure the adapter and your ready to play! There is no charge to play online, just the price of the adapter.

If anyone here has there shit setup holla at me so we can make a BART room online!

its recommended that you at lease have cable or dsl. 56k modems will lag and other players online may not even want to play with you if you have a 56k.

Ey Hugo, isnt it hard for you to get online? My homie was trying to yesterday and the shit kept on saying it was busy. I guess everyone and their mama is going to be using that shit today all through next week, so expect to wait or hopefully PS2 gets up more servers or something.

the only bad thing is that foo's disconect but you get a loss for that so its not that bad.

I've had no problem wit the connection!

I CALLED 8 STORES AND NO ONE GOT THEIR SHIPMENT OF THE ADAPTER......BUT YOU CAN PLAY WITHOUT THE ADAPTER ONLINE...ALL YOU DO IS RUN A USB CABLE TO YOUR ETHERNET ADAPTER.....MY NAME ON THERE IS TRAGIC......

my wife hooked it up for me.....when she gets home,i'll tell ya more or you can go to www.gamewinners.com and look under ps2 then madden 2003....the guy posted up the way to do it....and btw i just got back from best buy...i got the last network adapter there.....i'll be totally hooked up when wifey gets home...
