Crazy toones hands down this year. But he only drops a new project every blue moon. So it doesn't help the westcoast out much. we need a dj that's gonna the mixtape thing on a major level. And not a new 30 yr old guy that gonna appeal to nobody but himself and a couple homie's. Weed somebody hot, new, fresh, that's gonna excite the people again. It's wide open in 09. DJ's wake up!! We need yall
