In professional sports, would you say the players possess more loyalty to their team or does an owner possess more loyalty to his players?

Taking into account that loyalty from either side is undoubtedly at an all time low, discuss your thoughts on loyalty in professional sports.

Owners.

Employees always have more loyalty to their company (team) misplaced or not.

Owners loyalty goes only as far as the money you can bring them and I wouldn't even call that loyalty that they have.

yeah cause they had to. if u were good back in the day they would not trade you or nothing. things have changed with the cap and the freedom the players have now. but yeah i voted owners cause they usually last longer than most players would.

OWNERS HAVE LESS LOYALTY A GUY CAN GO OUT AND DAMN NEAR KILL HIM SELF FOR 300,000 $ CONTRACT GET SUM POINTS ON THE BOARD AND IF HE GETS INJURED OR HAS A BAD YEAR HE IS EXPENDABLE. BUT WHEN A PLAYER IS MAKING THE LEAGUE MINIMUN SINCE HIS ROOKIE SEASON AND IS A TEAM LEADER AND HELLUVA PLAYER THEY WONT RENEGOTIATE A CONTRACT AND LET HIM PLAY FOR PEANUTS CUZ "ITS A BUSINESS". AND THATS WHY PLAYERS LEAVE TEAMS.
"THEY SHOW LOVE BUT AINT NONE SHOWN BACK, WHOA KEMOSABI WHAT PART OF THE GAME IS THAT?"
