Who has better rap albums in the last 4 years Southern or Nothern Cali ?

cant say , i aint into the southern cali rap scene like i am the bay scene i proally hear 50 bay albums for every 1 southern cali album so its hard to speak on southern cali cause i just aint knowin.

Northern Cali got it going on but bustas from the South Bay better come tighter. The only fools who be spitting are the EPA and Menlo niggas. The rest is pretty garbage .

I would have to say NOR cal. However I do feel that the bay is flooded with a bunch of crap too. I haven't heard a lot of SOCAL shit, but all of the stuff I have heard are HEAT. Southern cali also has some bigger names, so i don't really know.
