i think kreep is way sav with the beats, same with KG, DE got some hard ass beats as well. big hollis does quality work too, but like filthy mentioned, it doesnt usually get released, or is used on smaller projects, these tight ass rappers from spokane (my city) "certified" released an album called "certificial business" and it had some hollis beats on there. they were all insanely tight
