the geto boys have always had tight flows and always will have tight flows...probably one of the only groups from the south that has been around for about 20 years and still comes with heat...they never come soft..beats and lyrics are always on point and your never disappointed with their albums...whether if its their solo albums or them as a group...
Another group that still has tight flows would be ghetto mafia...
OutKast has completely fell off and their nothing like the way they use to be...southernplayalisticadallicmuzik is a classic...AtLiens was pretty good..but after their first couple albums they fell off..
MasterP use to have tight flows but not anymore...the cd with "ice cream man" was the shit...
