Real shit though... I would like a bow flex or a total gym... anybody own one?

My boy own that total gym (or whatever the fuck the one with chuck norris was). Nigga was always a lil fluffy, he got that shit when it came out and got hella skinny and flexible. He fell off it for years, got fat, then started it like 2-3 months ago and this nigga already hella skinny again. said he eats the same fast food bullshit just does that 30 mins a day

i also knew a 300 lbs bitch that dropped to like 100 lbs from doing that ab roller everyday (well that and powders)

^ I'm doing the P90x right now, since the man took my license and I don't want to risk driving back and fourth to the gym.

Its a pretty good program, and it'll whip you into shape if you aren't already. 6 days a week, with one rest day.

The workouts are pretty intense, and are all a type of high intesnsity interval training, meaning you only get like 3 or 4 short breaks (60 seconds or less) throughout the entire hour of working out.

Its cool for me because its takes all of the work out of it, all you really do is eat clean, and do the workouts.
