White boy I know murders 2 Mexicans goes free

Some white dude I went to school with from Kindergarten to high school killed 2 Mexicans a couple years ago and got away with no jail time and NO TRIAL. He used an illegal weapon, a "thrust dagger," which is a knife with a perpendicular handle that you can hold in your palm while the blade sticks out between your fingers.

I know the brothers of one of the dudes that got killed, but I wasn't coo enough with them to say anything about it. This foo went to jail, was released with no trial, and moved to Texas...at least this is what I heard. I have checked into Stanislaus County's case archive and I found no case under his name for a felony or murder.

maybe he is doing time and you think he moved to Texas? Anyway, moving away doesnt do anything, law enforcement can still get you across state lines if they are looking.

Not likely. I know his name, since I was in school with him for 12 years. He was definitely not charged with anything. I found cases that my cousins got, my homies, my pops, my uncle, my brother-in-law, and I found some murder cases. He was not there. It would've been in those files. After the murder, his family also moved fast. From people who know him I heard that he was arrested, released with no charges because it was "self-defense", and he moved to Texas right away.

some shit like that happened to me last summer. 3 kids on pcp came to a party we were havin and stabbed 5 of my friends, 2 of my homies nearly died and one's foot is permanantly fucked up, and all 3 of em got off with a year probation

What were the circumstances surrounding the murders... were they cold blooded? It sounds a bit bizzare that someone could just move away and everything be all peachy. Maybe a year expired before they were able to try his case and it was dropped. Maybe they didn't have enough evidence to prosecute him. It could be a number of things, but I highly doubt the guy just moved away like that and avoided the trial. If it has been two years, I can assure you that some settlement has been made. If you know where he is, I'm sure the authorities do as well.

I had this friend that killed someone in an accident when he was plastered driving 30+ mph over the speed limit. He killed the driver and severely wounded the passenger. He had a clean record so the end result was that he was put on probation and was required to go to a bunch of AA meetings. The last I heard he is living in L.A. boozing and smoking like nothing ever happened.

It's a crazy world man, people kill and get away with it - people refrain and are punished for life.

Here are the circumstances:

The white boy and a friend pulled up at a liquor store. 2 dudes that have funk with them are there at the same time. They get in a fist fight, 2 on 2. The Mexicans beat their asses, of course, and the white boy can't take it. He pulls out a push dagger, shanks both of them in their necks. They didn't pull out any weapons. From what I heard from a friend of his, he told police it was self-defense and they believed them...or they didn't care because he killed Mexicans, so they let him go.

He moved to Texas right away, and his family moved out right after him. I know they moved because some people I know were lookin for houses at the time. They almost bought the house until they found out who lived there. They didn't want to die, so they didn't buy it. I checked the records and he has no cases against him for a felony or murder.

Being white and accepting everyone for who they are I tend to see a real lack of respect white people give to others. At work there are hundreds of arabs, hindu's and other middle eastern decents. Then I go back to HS last week to find everyone making fun and jokes about these people, whether it be their turban, or just the fact where they are from.

When talking to my friends parents, my teachers, my co-workers, I hear the same thing as I hear when talking w/ my friends. It's bullshit and if these people would 'man-up' and maybe talk to someone of a different decent they may gain a little respect. I don't know, stereotyping really gets me fired up at times.

Cops don't press charges, the district attorney does, and believe me, when there is a death, the DA is pressing charges. My girl got 4 years in the state pen, 2 felonies and 1 strike for CUTTING somebody, not even stabbing.

The cops, if they didn't arrest this person, will lose their jobs once it is discovered. If you and your boys know about the alleged incident, then the District Attorney knows about it too. It's still extremely hard to believe considering it's "murder", cops don't care what race you are, if you kill somebody they're not just gonna take a report and decide right there it's self defense, then let you go...

I mean, shit, even in the 60's, during racist times, they would arrest white dudes for killing non-white folks and make them stand trial. I SERIOUSLY doubt ANY cop would just let somebody walk. Those reports WOULD make it to the D.A. SOMEHOW!!

First, for HANK, you're a fuckin momo bitch. Our past arguments prove you can say a lot of shit but never have any information to back it up.

Bayside, the source was a homie of his. I heard from a few people. The white boy is from an area that has funk with the dudes from the other area. They always fight, but they don't murder. I personally know this white boy is a racist because I remember what he used to say back in 6th grade. They fought, he couldn't hang so he killed em. I checked the cases in Stanislaus County and his name isn't there...that means there were no charges filed against him by the county. I just remembered something else. I heard from somebody that his mom was a pig...
