ok, im not tryin to start any shit with this post, im just curious.. why are whites and blacks allowed to be Nortenos??? ive never been to cali at all so i dont know the score out there, but I was born & raised in South Texas (Corpus Christi) and shit DOES NOT go down like that down there.
