Moorhead, MN -- A "free thinker" has been arrested for wearing whipped cream, and not much else to a drug store.
Officers say 37-year-old Katherine Margaret Watson went into a Walgreens Sunday wearing a thong, pasties, a "partial" towel and whipped cream.
A bystander appalled by Watson's outfit choice offered her a blanket to cover up.
According to officers, Watson calls herself a "free thinker" and wants to encourage people to defy society's norms.
Police Lt. Tory Jacobson says Watson later conceded her actions might have been "a little over the top."
A local paper (The Forum) reports Watson has been charged with indecent exposure.
