i thought both lay and his gf got killed... and i also heard that before all that happened his baby was kidnapped, i remember seeing that shit on the news....

no he's not dead he got shot in the head,and survived. His girl got shot by some bitches, and they kidnapped his baby, And also burnt down the house. He was on unsolved mystereys looking for his son. he raps about it on the first song on UM the album
