Where to get codec DIV3 ?? (attn TIM)

I'm tryin' to download new movies that just came out but when they complete the download and I try to open them it says that I don't have "codec DIV3". Where do I get that shit, or how the fuck do I get it to work. They are AVI files if that matters. I was hoping that Tim might be of help. He seems like he knows that type of shit. Thanks in advance.....

if that doesn't work use:

if neither of those work let me know and I'll try and find some others.
