Where is the line drawn from Protesting to Rioting?

i mean I agree they ahve a right to protest. But if they stop My right to Travel down a street or Shop at a spot or start throwing stuff at Peeps when is the line crossed?

Theyll do what they can. Where you draw the line is if enough people think they are being violated and complain. Maybe its not drawn until its collectively agreed by non protesters. Cause im sure the protestors have no line in mind.
