Where did Tela dissapear????

Tela was always one of my favorite rappers, but he hasn't released anything since 2002 (the year his classic "Double Dose" was released).
Does anyone know what's up with Tela? Is he still on Rap A Lot? Does he still rap? What has he been up to lately?

Thank you very much, it answered my question. I hope that album actually comes out. Tela is one of the best ones out there, and 5 years is a loooooong wait.
