Is he allowed to deny selling the CD as long as he forgot to put up a reserve price? What is someone wins it for, let's say, $50 (don't think that is likely, but...), can he hold the CD then?
Will anyone give as much as $175 for any CD? If I was to give so much for a CD it should come with an additional bonus air plane ticket for me to personally come and get it.

most auctions get most bids at the last 30 seconds so if you end it early you'll never know if it woulda went high or not.
