IMO, putting him in the system wont do him any good. That kid needs to be sent to a private school or his parents need to put him in a boot camp type of program, i can already see the kid is gonna be getting into more trouble if the parents just let this pass by.

Sorry but I'm one of the few who think no matter how many "after school programs" or church groups etc. that the community provides, bad apples are bad apples....A kid like that doesn't wanna go play dodgeball at the Omega Club, he wants to be a little asshole. Blame his parents, blame him whatever....Fact is he's already a fuckup at the age of 7 lol
