i'm in new york now, riding around in the subways and i don't currr

i figured that if terrorists are going to attack the subway, why the fuck are they going to hand out a THREAT to the city...

a. ...and make it HARDER for themselves to move explosives into the stations when the security is beefed up as a result to the threat?

b. ...and discourage people from riding the subway, which in turn, reduces the body count?

i HEARD ON THE RADIO THAT SOMEONE FROM INSIDE HOMELAND SECURITY NEW ABOUT THE THREAT AND TOLD HIS SON..
