My other resolution is to avoid BULLSHIT. I ain't got time for it........

holy shit, I totally noticed something since my homeboy got here from Arizona... dood used to be like 40lbs heavier and worked hard to get rid of that shit, since being back here and kickin' it with me, muhfucka has put on 8lbs already. Pain be buggin' out, L-Train be buggin out, I'ma fuckin' bad influence when it comes to that shit... I'm adding that to my list of New Years Resolutions, along with "Butt out when real homies is arguing..." :confused:

yeah i'm already knowing, my personal best on the bench is 405lbs (4 plates, each side + the bar), I'm all muscled out... problem is, you can't see it... I need to stick to that fuckin 1hr cardio, but it gets real boring... so I'ma just be hopping up on the treadmill at bally's... work that shit into my daily routine. build that muscle though playa. protein, protein, and more protein and of course hypertrophy and you're set. of course it doesn't hurt to pack the carbs either, but then you're stuck cyling while your BF % goes up and down.

APPEND: If you ain't already knowing, peep: Anabolic Extreme, these guys are muscle heads to the fullest, I ain't never done a gear cycle, never will (half the reason I didn't play college ball and pursue football), but they got mad articles on lifting tekniqs...

I have been studying and training since i was 13 mang, no articles needed for me, took me a year before I was completely consistent and hardcore. Cutting is easy but shitty, bulking is the best. Im @ 5'10 200 lbs 14 % bf right now, i plan to get up to 220 by May, then cut before summer. eMDe (Redlight CEO) thinks i take steroids, but im natural, lmao, so i must be doing something right.

D-Sane: All you need is a fat set of free weights and a bench and you could pump iron right in the studio while your working :)

Like i posted in other threads....

(Abridged version)

Study Spanish, Portugese, Arabic, Latin, French & Italian
Maintain GPA
Transfer to college with Arabic major (UW, maybe?)
Drop debut album & follow-up later in the year
Drop the solo album (?)
Start ghostwriting & producing...errr, i mean beat-making :cool:

Overall goal: Continue doing everything i started last year (college, music, languages), without scrapping ANYTHING and having to start over...

P.S. To anybody that quit smokin...keep it up! Trust me...its worth it! You'll feel ALOT better physically, and in 'social' situations, you'll feel ALOT more comfortable when you realize you dont "need" to smoke anymore...its a HUGE weight off your shoulders, and a MAJOR boost to your confidence & self-esteem...
