usually I hit up La Esperanza o Mi Pueblo but Corralitos Market & Sausage Company has to be my favorite spot as far as quality food.http://www.yelp.com/biz/corralitos-market-and-sausage-company-corralitos

Sonoma Market and Glen Ellen Market has some really good meat too if you're up in the wine country.

#1- Mines gotta be the Mercado near P.A.L. stadium in San Jose - They have excellent meat (Im a butcher I know) , great cheese's , pork everything , sausage , and a restaurant inside w/ all the good shit - great tacos ....... Great Meat

#2 - Longhorn Meats in Auburn Ca. - Everything plus homemade beef, pork , deer, pig , jerky taste great .........

#3 - Los Gatos Meats on University Av. - they have great cuts everything - you can also bring a whole deer, elk, or pig into Longhorn & Los Gatos Meats & they will break the whole animal down for ya ....... - Great tri-tip sammy too .....


Good Thread - Notice I did not mention my place of work - BECAUSE IT SUCKS ....... DON'T BUY INTO SAFEWAY MEAT - ITS ALL THE SAME THE RANCHERS RESERVE & THE CHEAP STUFF ....... But they pay me so .

Well, the best tri-tip sammy I have ever had is at the lil Mexican BBQ spot right when you are about to get on 80 in Millasville.

The only carniciera I go to is La Tapatia.
