Besides the fact that they sent me a crushed poster....

Why is it that when you give Strange your money in advance, for something that you don't really have to worry about being sold out in the first place, you:

1. Don't get it on the release date.. Might as well ship it out a day early, it leaked already anyhow.
2. Get screwed out of a free shirt.
3. Pay twice as much.

Bullshit. Can I really be the only one who sees a problem with this?

The thing is, I like the shit signed...

But I also like limited edition T-shirts.

But I also like things that cost 10 bucks rather than like 27.

I dunno.

I have one.. it's still sitting on my kitchen table looking like a middle school art project that a kid brought back home in his schoolbag along with 5 textbooks.

It's signed, don't forget.

It's a shame nobody from Strange has been around to address issues people have been having with the store. But they already have our money so I guess it's not really that big of a deal to them. The thing is, I don't even really think it's anybodies fault other than the person/people responsible for stuffing the boxes.

I dunno.

I think it's all around laziness that you're having problems with the web store. When I was into ICP merch, their shit would always ship out early enough to arrive on time or ahead of the drop date, and they move probably three times as much merch as Strange.

I know...

I've ordered Psychopathic shit also, so I know know what you mean. It's a shame though, that Strange seems to put a good effort into making the fans happy, and stupid little shit like posters and shipping dates can really put a damper on that.

But then again, it's not "stupid little shit" really, because it's cash out of our pockets. It's the difference between 10 bucks and free merch, or the 5 bucks thrown away on a poster that Tech actually took his own time to sign (even if it's like, 2 seconds). It's just an unnecessary bummer.

Agreed. Also why I'll probably never order from the Strange store again, or at least not until it sees vast improvements... I don't think it's too much to ask to get good, quality, prompt, caring service when you're forking out premium dough for the merchandise AND shipping....

It's not the post office's fault that they rolled up a poster and jammed it into a box that was too small along with 4 shirts, and also chose to ship pre-orders the day of release instead of a day or two ahead. I also don't think the post office told them to give away free shirts with Circut City purchases, or told Best Buy to have the shit on sale for ten dollars.
