What's this cartoon I'm thinking of

-It was kinda like He-Man
-There was a family of blobs that were yellow and had little beadie eyes that I think the man guy would throw
-There was a triceratops that would shoot lasers out of his nose
-I think they made a reference to it one time on Family Guy when they were picking a babysitter for Stewie.
