If you're talking about "Game Tight Volume 2", that's not new material. It's up on www.northern-ridaz.com, and it's a compilation. I recognized most of the tracks as having appeared on previously released CDs, so go to Northern-Ridaz and listen before you buy if you're not sure.
In the latest issue of MURDER DOG, JT said that he was making new beats again, but he didn't say anything about a new solo...so whether he's running out of shit to do as you said--only JT (and God) knows.
About a week and a half ago, Yung G. said that he was doing an interview with JT, and he asked posters for questions to ask. He said that if all went well, he'd post it here and on WEST COAST AFTERSHOCK, but I haven't seen it either place, so maybe the interview got canceled. PEACE!

Came back to add one more thing: I was just browsing FRISCO STREET SHOW's new releases for this week, and in addition to "Game Tight Part 2", there's another new release listed under the name PROJECT POETRY for $12.99, and its' listed as a JT solo.
For features, their page just says "featuring Nelly, Juvenile and more."
I couldn't tell you a thing about whether it's new or another compilation/collaboration (it's hard to tell from looking at the cover), so I guess someone will have to buy it first to find out, or maybe Northern-Ridaz.com will put it up in their realaudio section. PEACE!
