Whats the best way to get rid of your beer belly? Besides stopping drinking?

I've been in pretty good shape but Ive always had this damned beer belly. I know it aint gonna completely go away unless I stop drinking, but Im in college so that aint happenin. but what ab exercizes can I use to slim down my bottom two abs?

i don't think you can get rid of a beer belly. my math teacher last year had a beer belly. he got fired because he didn't teach us anything. fucking drunk.

Just the facts: Stomach fat isn't a particular area where fat clings. It's an indication that you're a fat piece of shit all around.

Stomach fat is the last to go - when you stop being unfit and a lard ass, the stomach fat will go away.

If you want a fit body, stop drinking and diet heavily to get your metabolism up. Excercise EVERY DAY - run at least 2 miles. Once your metabolism is up and running again and you've lost those lbs. - eat and drink whatever you want, just keep excercising.

Hope that helps. I lost 25 lbs. in about 2 months.

do alot of cardio like running and eliptical trainers. as for resistance training any type of crunches or really and ab machines they have at ur gym will work for starters. You dont really have to quit drinking just cut down a little and most of all dont be eatin mcdonalds and all that bullshit all the time.

once u get it off its alot easier to keep it off.

The belly will be last to go in most men (according to shit loads of studies and real life samples) Try circut training???? I remember doing circut training last summer (along with a good restricted diet) to loose weight for the ladies. Circut programs ARE intense and may be ableo to drain that fat quicker that normal.

You have to burn those calories bro.
Ab exercises ain't gonna do nothing but tone your abs.
What's the use of tightenning them up if they're buried in fat?
You won't be able to see'em.
You gotta cut down on your carb and calorie intake, and start burning that fat around your waist.

You have to do a little jogging or any cardio exercise.
Anything to accelerate your heart and make you sweat....

Try running or a cardio work out at least 3 times a week.
A little weight lifting will help to add on lean muscle.
This will boost your metabolism a bit and help you burn the fat easier and quicker.

You gotta give this time too. You'll lose a lot of weight with in the first few weeks but then you'll slow down.
Keep doing it and you'll start melting away what ever is left around the 3rd month.

You gotta stick with it and you will see results.
And keep in mind no matter what ignorant folks tell you, you won't lose the gut with lifting weights or with sit ups and shit....
