What's a pressing current issue dealing with the media?

I need to give a little "presentation" to my multiculture class about a current issue dealing with the media.

I figured this would be the best place to get intelligent responses and ideas I could go on. I remember 2-0 posted something about how Senate killed the bill to raise minimum wage.. Was thinking about doing something on that, but I dunno..

These might be a good one for a multiculture class: National ID cards, The possible Draft being reinstated, the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America, Immigration, and Morgellons (seriously.)

Morgellons exists in a few metropolitan areas. I see it as more on par with the dreaded "West Nile virus". Little actual impact.

Thats exactly why you should do it. People look at you in awe because you're brining something new to the table. Who knows, one of your classmates may have morgellons, and this might be what is needed to bring them out!
