Whats a good popup blocker?

I tried spybot or something and it found a bunch of shit and said it got rid of em but I get HELLA popups. which is weird cuz I havent had a problem with popups since I had AOL. now all of a sudden Im getting raped by them whenever I get online.

I use Adaware and it seems to work well. There are a few exceptions, but I'm overall satisfied with it.

that program found like 75 infected files and deleted them but Im still getting the fucking popups.
