I lost my phone and I need to get a new one. I want one that I can put Google Android on, or at least one that has a good MP3 player. Looking to spend no more than 200

iPhone hands down, 3G 8GB is $199... but it all depends on which carry you have right now.

If you do decide to go with the iPhone i suggest you wait until June of this year, they're supposed to revise the phone.
