make it where ? l.a. rappers still out sell everybody in cali..dub-c gonna go platinum,so is tupacs better days,and snoop doggs paid to be the boss ,xzibit i think is already coming close...it has been in the top 5 since it dropped..so make it where ? if you define "not making it" bieng broke and living with moms and staying underground then, yeah there not making it..
