i did have a yamaha rm1x and a mo phatt which i sold to upgrade strictly to pc based music creation. AND I FUCKING HATE IT!!!! i miss that shit so bad. i could crank out something at least half ass bumpin every time i turned the shit on. now im stuck.

Reason is tight, about the only thing ive been able to grasp rather quickly. cant wait for 2.0. Thats what i use now. I still havent made 1 beat i particularly care for at all, but im getting there. hopefully someone can come thru with some good refills to add to my collection. the sequencer in reason is nowhere near as tight as id like it to be but i really dont have much of an option right now. im already plotting on how to get another piece of hardware, probably a synth workstation.

Right Now I have a Korg Trinity, So far I've had it almost a Year, And I'm likin' it, I don't think I'll ever get rid of it. I give it a 9 out of 10 for what I Get out of it. I just started fuckin' with all the Effects(there's a lot of them), and It is soundin' very Dope. I still probably have more to figure out

In the next few months I'm lookin' at Gettin' a E-MU Proteus 2000, and a Korg MS2000R, since I don't really need any Keyboards I'll Just go with The Modules to Save space.
I got a lot of other rack gear I need to get too(MOTU 828, And a Graphic EQ, and some other thangs

i only have fruityloops3, but i've about mastered it. I also have reason haven't used it yet, but the drum machine sucks dick compared to fruityloops 'piano roll'. any advice on what to do next? midi keyboard in mind. probably a roland juno or other 1980's keyboard for cheap, and tweakable.

I got an MS200R that I bought about a year ago and have rarely used. I may be willing to give you a good deal on it.....I paid $650 new. It's in immaculate condition. Let me know if you're interested......

And yeah......I hate E-Bay too.

Get a MIDI Interface for your computer, and an Audio card if you need one. Plus get a Small Mixer that can accomodate however many Inputs you need. I suggest the Behringer Mixers, they are quality Mixers for a Good price

If you're trading in the Keyboard for the rack, do you have a Controller keyboard? Otherwise you would have to plot each note on a Grid

good choice goi9n' w/ Cubase, that program is tha shit.
