What X-Box 360 game should I get as a gift

Trying to figure out what to get my brother (26 yrs old) for his XBox 360.

I don't have a console system so my ideas are limited to stuff I think he probably already has.

I'm fairly sure he has the newest madden and KNOW he has the newest Call of Duty (and if not all of them close to it).

Any ideas?

Yeah, Orange Box is the shit. Portal's pretty fun, but it gets tricky after a while. But the Half-Life games are great. Team Fortress, I've never played, so can't say much about that.
