LMFAO! Shit, I'm playing the Expansion pack "United offensive" for Call of Duty. WWII games are sick. Man, I wish they'd come out with a Iraq game where you can be the guerrillas!

Nah I haven't played FABLE. I can't remember the name, but I saw a commercial for a sick vietnam game. want that shit, I heard it focus's more on the reality of war like "booby traps" and killing civilians and shit.

WarCraft 3 + frozen throne expansion...addictive as fuck, awesome blend of strategy and action.

Old PC roleplaying games like:

Planescape:Torment - Best story of any RPG, ever

Wizardry 8 - Another classic

Now and then I play Counterstrike, Rise of Nations...

I dont have any consoles at this point so I dont fuck with em, although even when I did I usually stuck with PC games, far more options, generally more intellectual stories/themes, etc.

I don't really like Japanese/Anime/Asian style RPGs as much...the cartoonish presentation plus the simplistic storylines are what turns me off. Games like Morrowind (even though it was boring as fuck), especially Planescape:Torment, Baldur's Gate contain a lot of choices, intellectual and moral issues, grey areas, etc.

Games like Ragnarok or Final Fantasy are simplistic good guy vs. bad guy paperweight type cookie cutter shit. Although that shit can be fun, it's just not my style.

Fable owns. I was pimpin in that game, married some broad in one town and a guy in the next town lol. You see a black screen and hear voices when you are having sex. "that feels good ohh ahh" lol.

I don't really play games anymore (though I wish I could). I play my PS-Duece every now and then and it's always Madden 200X with my friends.

WHITE DEVIL.. Those Wizardry games, what are they like now? Back in the the day, waaaaay back, my dad bought me Wizardry (I think it was the first one) for O.G. Nintendo, very low graphics obviously, but pretty damn in depth with the story line. It took me a while to get used to it but it actually turned out to be a pretty sick game. I'm assuming the graphics have dramatically improved as well as other things. Whats it like, Is it out for PS2?

Most of the people I know have hard-on's for Halo/Halo2, but I tend to stick with games similar to Tomb Raider, but I will play anything that is entertaining. PC: I loved Half Life (single player) and Unreal Tournament & Counter Strike multi-player. Although I was never very good at those multi player games.

What are some good war games for PS2 anyone?

Have you ever played xenogears for the og PS? I know you don't like japanese/anime style rpg's but the story line was SICK. With all the religious stuff going on in the game it must have been hard to release it in america. Final fantasy 7 and 3 were simply fun imho. Most people I know don't play rpg's (because they hate to read and want action right away) but I suggested ff7 and xenogears to many people and none were disappointed.



@ROB how are the camera angles on that castlevania game? I heard the game was tight (most sources rated it between 8.2 and 9) but the camera angles hurt it. Whats your opinion?
